Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TATA CALL TAXI, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, if you are not satisfied with your booking or need to cancel, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking by contacting us at info@example.com or 123-456-7890 as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations after the driver has been dispatched.
